Key Responsibilities

• Understand and address customer needs through customized engine machining solutions.
• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment safely and expertly.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of jobs across different industries including agriculture, high-performance, vintage/restoration, and more.
• Provide accurate job estimates, ensure timely delivery, and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Perform various machine shop tasks such as engine rebuilds, machining, and reconditioning of parts.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity skills for machining and assembly operations.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Physical agility for standing, lifting, bending, and more.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
