Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Field Premium Auditor to join our Premium Audit team at Society Insurance Company. As a Field Premium Auditor, you will conduct premium audits for Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies within the NE Illinois Territory, ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Workers’ Compensation and General Liability premium audits by thoroughly reviewing policyholder operations and records.
- Compile and summarize audit information accurately following classification codes and policy endorsements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing audit-related inquiries and resolving disputes.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to produce high-quality audits efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of premium audit experience or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills and spreadsheets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays as needed.
- Familiarity with PAAS, ISO, NCCI, and WCRB standards is preferred.
