Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders received from our stores. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, sorting, loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and improved processes. Safety, quality, and productivity are key focus areas of this role.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, collaborates, shows resilience, drives for success, and executes with efficiency.
- Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent communication skills.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds, frequent movement of merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
