Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in all aspects of the automated systems life cycle, from design to support, ensuring the seamless operation of our systems within the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Conduct biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Manage weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours with occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skills required for maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate a mechanical mindset with the ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Utilize PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Handle chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effectively multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate well.
• Possess self-motivation, time management skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
