Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in minimizing machine downtime by utilizing reliability equipment to detect potential failures and predict pending issues. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, using specialized technology for data collection, and collaborating with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
• Use infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Recommend shutdown of equipment for immediate repairs.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Collect oil samples for lab test analysis.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Initiate plans for equipment life improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis and reliability technology.
• Willingness to undergo job-related training.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
