Nurse Practitioner -OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC, part of OnPoint Medical Group. As a member of our physician-led network, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare to our community. Our 'Circle of Care' model ensures comprehensive medical services in a coordinated and patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and fulfill administrative duties as directed by the Medical Director.
• Practice sound medical judgment and maintain ethical standards.
• Mentor staff for performance improvement and ensure clinical obligations are met.
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures, and communicate issues impacting practice to administration.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Colorado State licensure.
• Board certification in a specialty and strong computer skills, including EMR experience.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 annually
