Manufactured Systems Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Manufactured Systems Lead to join CMC Rescue Inc. As the assembly lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of manufactured life safety systems. Your role will involve training and supporting the assembly team, maintaining inventory, coordinating production flow, and adhering to safety policies. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of CMC products and processes, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to safety policies and workplace safety practices.
• Lead and support the assembly team to ensure high-quality and productive work.
• Maintain inventory and organization of materials in the assembly area.
• Coordinate production flow and activities of assembly employees.
• Work according to a production schedule to ensure timely completion of job orders.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and warehouse audits.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Experience with MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of production experience with supervisory skills.
• Experience in Lean production environments is desirable.

Essential Functions

The role requires physical capability to handle objects, tools, and controls, as well as specific vision abilities. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary for successful performance.

Compensation: $22.94-$25.5 per hour
