Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time position involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, along with the maintenance of application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, enjoy working outdoors, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals based on recommendations.
- Ensure safe and compliant operation following environmental regulations.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- Complete applicator logs, inventory reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Promote business with customers and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist in training seasonal employees and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
